ChipCore.AI provides AI-assisted, research and platform features. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed when you use the site and how current features interact with that information.

This page describes how the current ChipCore.AI site and its active features handle data. Technical configuration can change over time, so operational claims in this notice should be read together with the current platform behavior and applicable law.

WHAT MAY BE PROCESSED

Depending on the feature you use, the site may process information needed for:

  • AI-assisted interaction
  • Personalized experience and responses
  • Technical logs, session state and service diagnostics

Specifically:

  • Name and email address when you provide them through a contact form or another active feature
  • Messages, session records and related interaction metadata where an active feature explicitly stores them
  • Optional device or sensor data only when a specific feature clearly requests it and you choose to provide it
  • Technical metadata such as browser type, approximate country and time zone, where available

The website uses encrypted HTTPS transport. Some active features rely on external service providers, so data used by AI, sign-in, search, embedded media or other integrations may be processed by the relevant provider according to that service’s infrastructure and privacy terms.

WHY WE PROCESS OR STORE IT

We process or store data when needed to:

  • Provide and personalize active ChipCore or connected MetaCore features
  • Generate context-based responses or recommendations
  • Store session or form records where the active feature discloses that behavior
  • Maintain and improve active site and AI-assisted features

Some features require data to be transmitted to external service providers in order to work. Those flows should be limited to the feature being used and are described below so you can decide whether to use them.

YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to:

  • Access data associated with your account or session, where applicable
  • Request deletion of stored personal data, where applicable
  • Request an export in a portable format where supported
  • Restrict or opt out of optional processing or features where available

METACORE CHAT

The ChipCore.AI Live Interface now routes to chat.metacore.lt. ChipCore.AI no longer hosts the previous MWAI / AI Engine public chat runtime.

Information you submit after following that route is handled by the active chat.metacore.lt service and the notices presented there. This ChipCore.AI notice does not assume a particular model, memory, retrieval, logging or retention configuration for that separate service. Please do not submit passwords, API keys, private business secrets or sensitive personal data unless you have a clear reason and authorization to do so.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

External services may include AI model providers, vector/search services, embedded media and typography providers. This site currently loads font resources from Google Fonts and Adobe Fonts (Typekit). When your browser requests those resources, the provider may receive standard connection data such as your IP address, user agent and request metadata under its own privacy terms. Google Sign-In is currently disabled on public pages. Other providers are contacted when you activate the related feature. Each provider operates under its own privacy terms.

Cookies or similar technical identifiers may be used when:

  • Technically required for platform or session stability
  • You start a session or optional feature that requires personalization

Cookie types:

  • Session: temporary statekeeping
  • Preference: to remember interface or feature settings
  • Analytics: the public Google Analytics snippet is currently disabled. If analytics is enabled again, its measurement and consent behavior should be disclosed and controlled as part of the active site configuration.

ADMINISTRATIVE ACCESS

Access to any stored data is strictly limited to:

  • Authorized administrators
  • Support or integration staff when needed for a requested or legitimate operational task

Access should be limited to authorized personnel and used only for legitimate operational, support, security or legal purposes.

LEGAL REQUESTS & GOVERNANCE

Data may be disclosed in limited circumstances, including:

  • When required or permitted by applicable law
  • To protect life, safety, security or legal rights where applicable

We aim to handle such requests according to applicable law and documented platform policy.
